Returns, Refunds, Repairs and Replacements
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights/obligations under this policy and our obligations to you.
All our items are checked for damage and missing parts prior to delivery. They are sent out in good and brand new condition as packaged in the factory. It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon delivery and to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Evidence of damage will be required in the form of photographs.
Please note that no claim or responsibility will be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the item as our shipping/courier partners can not guarantee any damage wasn’t caused on the recipient site (post delivery) or by any tradesmen that may be installing the goods. The shipping provider’s insurance will only accept claims within that time frame, otherwise the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and liability for the goods.
Bathreno will accept product returns requests and provide the customer with an exchange, refund or repair provided:
- The issue about the item(s) purchased has been brought to Bathreno attention within 48 hours of receiving the item, and the issue is of the following nature:
- Faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- Not fit for its intended purpose, or
- Does not match the sample or description provided, or
- Damaged in transit, or
- You have changed your mind about your purchase.
If you wish to return an item due to the reasons listed above, Bathreno will exchange your item (if available in stock) or issue a refund provided that:
- Falls under the category of acceptable returns listed in the section above,
- It is in its original (unopened) packaging – exactly as packaged by the factory i.e. shape, content, box condition, wrapping, inclusion of the instruction manuals and all accessories, and
- It is un-used, un-assembled and in its original condition.
If these requirements are not met Bathreno reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order was placed incorrectly,
- We are not responsible for any return postage cost for any order that has been placed incorrectly or does not fall under the category of acceptable for a returns,
- Damages in transit of returned goods to Bathreno is the sole responsibility of clients (the sender).
When returning a product, you will be asked for information in order to assess your claim for returns, replacements or refund. If this information is not provided, Bathreno reserves the right to consider your claim void.
Proof of Purchase
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following online proof of purchase documents:
- Tax Invoice, Paypal or EFT statements.
